Gillaume Klein

My work uses physical material to manipulate negative space, which alters or enhances the viewer’s perception of the space inhabited by the work. By using light to highlight the translucent quality of alternative materials, the work allows the spectator to become more aware of the spatial matter within and around the forged steel elements.
