Figurative sculpture exploring distortions within the human form and mind. The Masks encourage a playful dialogue to engage the audience; their emotive distortions encourage the creation of personal narrative. This project engages with our humanity and mental health through distortions and simplifications of the human form, describing deeper underlying issues that are not seen on the surface.

Dissertation title- How the development of culture within our society has affected our understanding and use of sculpture throughout history
