Memorial sign for the worthless things. 

With a grave marker or memorial signs, we as humans trying to memorize things we value. But what is this value, and who remembers the things nobody considers as worthy? Remembrance all ways comes with a judgement of worth. Matthias Kühn worked against this with a memorial sign and put up a piece to remember the things we see as worthless. Therefore, he purposely created mistakes in his forging process, such as cold cut and partly cold forging to contradict his craft roots which society considers valuable.
