Tom Nicolson

A contemporary artist and maker using traditional blacksmithing techniques to give life to ancient practices. Referencing archaic African forge techniques, I create artefacts, which represent life, energy, tenacity, ingenuity and creativity. The objects are intended to be read as archaeological finds, as though they were created by a long-lost culture.
