This project was originally an attempt to investigate the aesthetics associated to conspiracy theories and the cognitive dissonance that drives them. It has evolved into a narrative based fact that may, or not be true.The result of the investigation is an experiment, that involves powerful members of society, secret messages and delicate craft.
The sculptures I produced has attributes that reflects the different areas of my investigation; pseudo-science, conspiratorial beliefs, occultism and the agency of non-human matter. Some of the sculptures resembles instruments, some idols or talismans. The sculptures are being displayed in a setting that is a fusion between an altar and a display stand at a seminar, complete with trademark standards and velvet cloth.
